Reporting Repairs
To report a repair please call our Repairs Centre on 
0845 850 6090.
- The Repairs Centre is open 24 hours a day but please report emergency repairs only between 6pm and 8am Monday to Friday and at weekends.
- For non-emergency repairs you can also use our Repairs Reporting Tool.
Please note that by using this tool you are requesting a repair only and we will contact you if we have any further questions or if it is a repair you are responsible for.

When you report a repair please be ready to give us:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your day-time telephone number
preferably a mobile so we can text you your repair appointment
- As much detail about the repair as possible

Please note we may need to pass on your details to one of our contractors so they can contact you and carry out the repair.
