Reporting Repairs
To report a repair please call the Customer Contact Centre on
0845 850 6090.
- The Customer Contact Centre is open 24 hours a day
From 8am – 8pm (Monday to Friday) you can report all types of repairs.
Between 8pm and 8am Monday – Friday and at weekends we only take emergency repair calls. If your repair is not an emergency, you will be asked to call back the next working day.
Please note, all calls to and from the Customer Contact Centre are recorded for training and quality purposes.

Please note, by using this reporting tool you are requesting a repair only and we will contact you if we have any further questions or if it is a repair you are responsible for.
When you report a repair please be ready to give us:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your day-time telephone number
preferably a mobile so we can text you your repair appointment
- As much detail about the repair as possible

- Gas leaks should be reported immediately to National Grid on:
