Customer Contact Centre (24 hours) for reporting a repair:

The Customer Contact Centre is open 24
hours a day, from 8am – 8pm (Monday to Friday) you can report all types of repairs.
Between 8pm and 8am Monday – Friday and at weekends we only take emergency repair calls. If your repair is not an emergency, you will be asked to call back the next working day.
Please note all calls to and from the Customer Contact Centre are recorded for training and quality purposes.
