The communities in Coventry are becoming more diverse everyday, which presents Whitefriars with new challenges; we therefore work in partnership with other organisations who share good practice. This helps us to understand the needs of many communities.
Throughout the year the Equality and Diversity team take housing services out to community centres such as the refugee centre, the Muslim resource centre and the African welfare organisation this gives customers greater access to our frontline services.
