Estate Inspections

We regularly inspect our estates to identify and resolve issues, where we can, and to keep estates to an acceptable standard.

The inspections specifically relate to the common parts of the estate such as communal areas of blocks of flats, i.e. halls, stairs, landings, gardens, shed blocks and pathways. The inspections also identify issues relating to garage sites, rubbish and litter, grounds maintenance, dogs, estate repairs and tenancy related issues.

To ensure the whole of the city is fully inspected estate inspections will be performed 4 times each year on a rolling 13 week programme.

If you want to join us on those inspections look out for publicity of when they will happen on local notice boards, tenants and residents associations and letter drops where appropriate.
