Introducing the WM Housing Rent Portal. You are now able to view your rent account online.
All you need to start is your ‘PIN’ number and a password.
What is my ‘PIN’ number?
You can find it on your Rent Card. It’s the number immediately below your name.
Where is my password?
It has been included for you on your rent statement. Don’t worry that the password looks hard to remember. You will be able to choose your own when you first login.
When you log in the portal will ask you to choose a new password, and also pick a memorable question and answer that you will need when you want to log in next time.
You can also pick your own user name if you don’t want to use your PIN.
