To report a repair please call the Customer Contact Centre on 0300 7906 555
- The Customer Contact Centre is open 24 hours a day
From 8am – 8pm (Monday to Friday) you can report all types of repairs.
Between 8pm and 8am Monday – Friday and at weekends we only take emergency repair calls. If your repair is not an emergency, you will be asked to call back the next working day.
Please note, all calls to and from the Customer Contact Centre are recorded for training and quality purposes.

When you report a repair for work to be undertaken in your home we will offer you an appointment within ten working days.
Our appointment slots are:
am - 08:00 to 12:30
pm - 12:30 to 16:30
school run - 09:30 to 14:30
evening - 16:30 to 18:45
If your repair is complicated, or is likely to take several hours to complete, we may only be able to offer you an all day appointment, which is 08:00 to 16:30. If your repair is an emergency, we will visit you within 24 hours to make the repair safe.
When you report a repair please be ready to give us:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your day-time telephone number (preferably a mobile so we can text you your appointment)
- As much detail about the repair as possible

Please note, by using this reporting tool you are requesting a repair only and we will contact you if we have any further questions or if it is a repair you are responsible for.
