Appointments

When you report a repair, where possible, we will offer you an appointment for the work to be carried out.

Our appointment slots are:
08:00 – 12:30
12:00 – 16:00
09:30 – 15:00 to avoid the school run

If your repair is complicated, or is likely to take several hours to complete, we may only be able to offer you an all day appointment, which is 08:00 – 16:00.

If your repair is an emergency, we will visit you as soon as we can to make the repair safe.
