Transfers
If you already have a home with us and would like to discuss the possibility of transferring to another property, please come and talk to us.
You can apply for a transfer as long as your home meets the standards we expect, you have a clear rent account and you have not breached any of your conditions of tenancy. All our transfers will go through Coventry Homefinder.
Please call your housing office, and we will explain the detail of this scheme, the standards we expect and any other agreements that may affect the transfer process.

Mutual Exchanges
If you are looking to swap your present accommodation with another tenant, please register your details with Homeswapper.
Homeswapper is the UK's leading mutual exchange service for tenants looking to swap homes.
This service is now FREE to all Whitefriars tenants. You can look to swap both within Coventry and anywhere in the UK. Please ensure your rent account is clear. If you are in rent arrears you will not be able to register.

When you have found someone to swap homes with, you must contact your housing office and complete a mutual exchange request form. We will write back to you within 42 days to confirm that we have agreed to the exchange.
