Working with communities
- Continuously improving our services
Our
aim is to develop neighbourhoods and improve people’s lives as well
as their homes.
To improve the service to our customers through listening to them, a specialist Customer Involvement team has been established, in order to promote and encourage customer participation in all aspects of our services.
We consider it a core part of our role to consult with customers and involve them whenever possible. Initiatives to achieve this include:
- Working with 20 residents' groups
- Running Springboard 2003 - A resident consultation event
- Running an annual conference for residents
- Establishing resident auditors' projects
- Developing the award winning ‘Gardens in the Sky’ initiative
- Establishing 'Voices of Whitefriars' Residents' Group to influence Whitefriars' service delivery
- Launching a Resident Involvement Toolkit.
If you would like to get involved in working with communities or any
of our projects, please visit our 'How
to get involved' page for more information.
