Welcome to the repairs and maintenance section. Here you can find out how to report a repair, see details of our recent improvement projects and meet the teams responsible for repairing and improving your home.

• Responsive Repairs
  Most of the repairs we carry out to your home are called “responsive repairs” and examples include repairing leaking pipes or fixing your boiler if it stops working. We will class your repair as a routine, an urgent or an emergency repair, depending on how serious it is.

• Planned Maintenance and Improvements
  Some repairs are planned as part of a programme to maintain or improve your home. These include roof replacements, new guttering and painting to communal areas of blocks. We plan when we need to do this by surveying a sample of our properties every year, and keeping records of when planned repairs were carried out previously.
  
  We want to make sure that our properties are places where people want to live, both now and in the future. To help us with this aim, we also carry out large scale improvements or refurbishments to properties. Recent projects include high rise blocks in Hillfields and Spon End.
