Unless you have been hiding under a rock for the last few years you have probably heard of Social Networking. We have now developed a brand new Web Portal, for all of the West Mercia Group, including Whitefriars, Nexus, Kemble and Harden customers. The site, which will be in addition to our main website, will be an exclusive place where our customers can get together online. You can talk to each other, talk to us, share ideas, make comments, ask questions and pretty much anything else you can think of. The possibilities are endless...
However, don’t panic, if you feel this is not for you. This new service is something we are offering as another option in the way you can communicate with us and each other. It is not designed to replace any traditional methods of communication, only compliment them, so you will still be getting magazines, letters, phone calls and face to face meetings with us as you always have. We have simply started this service as a response to a growing demand from some of our customers.

How to access the portal
How Do I Sign Up?
It’s actually very easy - you can:
- email us at
portaladmin@westmercia.i-portal.co.uk
and tell us the following details:
a) Your Full Name
b) Your Address
c) Whether you are customer of Nexus, Kemble, Harden or Whitefriars.
