Our involvement includes:

• Finding sites
• Obtaining funding
• Securing Planning Permissions
• Managing the design
• Ensuring high quality of the construction from commencement to completion
• Checking customer satisfaction questionnaires 

We have a proven record of achieving Social Housing Grant and of working with partner house builders in different contractual arrangements and as members of the SPECTRUM development consortium we have access to a vast range of skills and experience.
