CSIGs : Customer Service Improvement Groups

The customer improvement service groups or CSIG’s are a chance for customers and staff to get together and check how that area of the service is performing. Customers sometimes get to meet contractors too.

Group Calendar

Building and Sustaining Homes and Communities

The customers on this group work with Whitefriars to decide how we should deal with low-level anti social behaviour, how rent is collected an how we collect rent arrears. On this group you will also look at what happens to empty homes from the moment we take the keys back from the outgoing tenant, any repairs or improvements we make and the way we make offers of a home to new and existing customers.

The group has secured some money to help people who are experiencing money problems and helped design and put into action the support services offered to new customers.

Landscape & High Rise (Estate Improvement Group)

The group is chaired by a Customer of Whitefriars. The Customers monitor the estates with regards to grounds maintenance and high rise block cleaning by attending regular minibus tours & have regular meetings. Some members help in the process of appointing new Contractors. The Group send out an annual Customer Survey and help publish articles for Group publications.
