Over the past 12 years WM Group have employed a lot of apprentices, with many of them going on to secure full time employment within the organisation.

Whitefriars Wins National Apprenticeship Award
Whitefriars have been revealed as the BAE Systems Large Employer of the Year in the National Apprenticeship Awards.
Give & Gain 2012
The apprentices undertook a
project organised by Business in the Community which was called Give and Gain
Day. It is an international event with about 25,000 employees taking part this
year.
Creative Problem Solving
The Apprentices were sent instructions for one of the training days that they were to attend. They were told it would be all day and out of the workplace. It was Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making.
