Spirit Quarters Redevelopment Scheme
The redevelopment scheme in this area is a long term project to transform the North of Coventry, covering the areas of Wood End, Henley Green, Manor Farm and Deedmore. This is a multi-million pound project led by Whitefriars Housing, working with Partners from across the Midlands including the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). The project aims to transform the area and affect a community of 7,000 people including delivery of up to 3,328 new homes by our developer partners.
