- Repairs
Most of the repairs we carry out to your home are to fix items that are damaged or broken through normal wear and tear. We will class your repair as a routine, an urgent or an emergency repair, depending on how serious it is.
- Gas servicing and Maintenance
As well as carrying out gas related repairs, we also check the safety of gas appliances in your home every year.
- Planned Maintenance and Improvements
Some repairs are planned as part of a programme to maintain or improve your home. These include roof replacements, new guttering and painting to communal areas of blocks. We plan when we need to do this by surveying a sample of our properties every year, and keeping records of when planned repairs were carried out previously.
We want to make sure that our properties are places where people want to live, both now and in the future. To help us with this aim, we also carry out large scale improvements or refurbishments to properties.
