What can I expect from sheltered housing?

photo : peopleSheltered accommodation aims to promote residents’ independence for as long as possible.

We aim to ensure that our tenants feel comfortable, safe and secure living in our sheltered schemes. We achieve this by offering a support service tailored to meet your individual needs.

Our scheme managers are on site to give help and advice on a wide range of housing related issues.

We are here to assist when needed but at a level that suits every individual - it is all about choice!

There may be other services, such as personal care, that you need in order to live independently. We don't provide these additional services ourselves but we will work with you to help you access all the help and support you need to live in your home.

For further information please contact the Sheltered Housing office on 024 7621 0016
