Whitefriars Annual Review 2009
This year our customers wanted more then just numbers and graphs.
They have gone face to face with the people who decide how our homes are maintained etc. They have watched them at work and asked them all the W questions. Why? Where? When? and Who?
We are not only putting the question and answer sessions down in print; we have filmed them too and putting the videos for you to watch. You can hear the answers directly from the people who decide these things.
