Welcome to the home page of the St James Lane housing office.

We are the local housing office for Whitefriars based in the Willenhall area of Coventry. We offer a wide range of services for our customers based within the area including Willenhall, Stoke Aldermoor, Cheylesmore and Binley.

Customers are welcome to visit our offices to discuss any issues they have with their tenancy, and obtain advice.

We have a repairs phone, and Choice Based lettings access within the office and we can offer support using these.

Our aim is to provide a “one stop” service to our customers regarding any issue they have.
