Paying your rent
You can pay your rent by any of the following methods:
- By Direct Debit
- By Standing Order through your bank
- By swipe card at any Post Office, PayPoint, PayZone or EPay outlet
- By phone using a debit card. Telephone 024 7676 7070
- By going online. See below
- By direct payment of Housing Benefit.
Direct Debit
We encourage customers to pay their rent by Direct Debit, please click on the link below to access a Direct Debit mandate form. Please complete, print and send to us at: Finance Rent Team, Whitefriars Housing Group, 9 Little Park Street, CV1 2UR. If you are in receipt of Housing Benefit, unfortunately you cannot pay by Direct Debit. We would suggest a Standing Order through your bank.
Standing Order
Please click on the link below for a mandate form. Complete, print and send it to your bank. You will need your rent account number, if not known please contact us at your housing office.

Difficulty paying your rent?
If
you find it difficult to pay your rent you should contact us
immediately. We will offer advice on whether you may be entitled to
other benefits, and help you complete claim forms. We will make a
fair agreement with you and can put you in touch with specialist
advice agencies that help in dealing with money management.
