Tenants handbook
This handbook is a guide to our services, and to your own
responsibilities as a tenant. It
also contains information about your home. During your tenancy with
us you may have questions. Many of these will be answered by this
handbook.
Residents' newsletters
Some residents’ groups now produce their own newsletters. We provide a variety of help to those who wish to do so. If your group would like assistance in putting together a newsletter, please contact the Customer Involvement team on 024 7658 7087/7086.
